This 350-hour classical mat and reformer certification combines 48 hours of guided in-studio and online instruction with extensive self-practice, observation, and teaching application.

The program covers foundational Pilates principles of classical mat work and reformer training while integrating anatomy, biomechanics, movement assessment, effective cueing, sequencing, and client-centered practices.

Students will learn the full mat and reformer repertoire, along with modifications, special populations, progressions, and strategies for working with a wide range of body types and fitness levels.
