schedule
New to Pilates? Please call for your free 1/2 hour consultation, see the studio, and find out what classes at Natural Bodies Pilates can do for you.
To get started in your Pilates program, schedule a free 1/2-hour consultation to see the studio and discover the plan that will best fit your needs. We offer specially designed private sessions, a 3-Session Introductory package to prepare for Reformer classes, and a full compliment of Mat, Reformer, Integrative movement, and adult Ballet classes that you can take individually or combine in our Studio Class. All classes are designed for generally healthy students with no chronic bone, joint or health issues or current injuries, and private sessions designed to teach practice of safe modifications are highly recommended for students with these concerns.
New Reformer Students: Schedule a free group introduction to the Reformer (see schedule), or get a great price for a private introduction by appointment. After an introduction, new Reformer students take an average of 3 private (specially priced) sessions prior to joining classes. These sessions are designed to familiarize new students with the equipment and the Classical Format Pilates sessions, and to help new students understand the safety and personal responsiblity considerations essential for effective group classes.
Students with prior Reformer experience, please schedule a free brief consultation prior to scheduling a class. Due to variations in teaching methods, class content, and equipment, new students may be asked to attend a special 1/2 hour orientation prior to attending classes.
New Mat Students: Please phone ahead with any questions and to reserve your space in classes, and arrive early to complete a brief health history. We provide mats, although please feel free to bring your own.
Please phone or email with 24-hr notice to reserve or cancel your place in class. For guidelines, please read the "Studio Courtesy and Safety" details on the back of our information booklet at the front desk. This schedule is subject to change. We make every effort to provide a full schedule of classes for our regular students and make adjustments as needed due to attendance. Thank you!
