       At Natural Bodies Pilates, you can take individual Pilates, Ballet Barre, and Integrative Movement classes or engage your whole self in our Studio Class.
       The Studio Class combines creative thinking with the development of strength, flexibility, coordination, and stamina. Lucille Dyer's innovative program is based upon more than 20 years of teaching expertise with adults and children in workshops, studios, and schools. It's creative, challenging, and fun!
       Reserve your individually designed private sessions, or take group classes when you like, and get individualized instruction in private sessions and classes.
