Elements of Ballet

Develop your sense of inner grace and artistic sensibilities along with the strength and flexibility you get by practicing ballet regularly.

Practice conditioning exercises unique to dancers, including the use of stretch bands and classical ballet stretches on the barre. The class is designed for those who may have prior experience or who have always wanted to be able to move in a more graceful way, with more poise and confidence. Practiced with accompanying music, you can develop your rhythmic abilities, memory, mind-body connection, and creative spirit as well.

This class is great for both teens and adults. Close fitting leggings (such as yoga pants) and T-shirt or leotard, and Ballet shoes recommended.
